I believe ‘frame of mind’, more than anything else, has much to do with what comes our way each day – whether we are poised to see things worth seeing, to avoid things worth avoiding, to grasp things worth grasping.
Best things (opportunities, people) come around randomly. By accident and by actions/kindness or folly of others; worst things come about the same way.
If we are open to ideas, future and new experiences – the same things happen with the good and bad of things.
What takes up space in our minds? Inspiration, occupation or preoccupation with something that does the opposite?
If we lift up it is because we look up, feel up and think UP!
