Are you doing that today?
What makes you unhappy?
Are you doing that today?
It seems weirdly simple, but if we do things that make us happy and stop doing things that make us unhappy, won’t we be better off and more optimistic?
It’s Monday, and I’m looking forward to a happy week – happier than the last one, happier than many that weren’t so happy, and I’ll be remembering so many very good ones. That is not to say all things in the past were good because many were not. My memories attach best to the good ones, to the happy days.
