Carpet of everything new and futuristic rolled out by smart aggressive people decades younger – yikes, I’ll get carpeted over.
No day goes by when some new thang invented by twenty-somethings raises billions, changing the world – my world, yours, the whole enchilada – hard to tell which innovations will, or won’t.
Many simply separate us from our money or our sanity for a short while, but I digress …
Getting older didn’t happen through planning, it just happened. While I can’t claim ignorance, I wish I’d been more defensive.
Not yet ready to be old I recognize I’ve not been pursuing new things, new ideas or plotting anything very adventurous as I would have a couple of decades ago.
Why?
Why not?
Be it resolved, future self will re-invent the future.
Why should twenty-somethings have all the fun?
