REINSPIRED AND RESTARTED
Monday Aug. 22, 2016
Go away.
Vacation.
Think a bit …
You’ll soon realize you can do anything you want if it matters enough, if you care enough, if you want it enough.
Relaxing, rethinking, repurposing, rebalancing, redefining, reflowing, readapting, reapplying, reawakening. Recuperated, rejuvenated, rehashed. Returned. Reset, relax, refit – and maybe rebel a little.
Ready to re-inhabit my world, my home, my life. Some things will stay the same, many things might look the same but my perspective will be different. How can it not be?
Not re-born in the sense of religious epiphany, but not far removed from that kind of fervour, rejuvenation, focus on attitude and getting the most out of mind, body and anything/everything we might try to accomplish.
We can’t do everything, but we can do anything we want to.
Not everything changes.
But anything can.
P.S.: yesterday’s travel adventure will get some ink another day, my trip was bizarre and my baggage (return-trip suitcases are just containers for dirty clothes, right?), I’m told will make the same trip today so I’m looking forward to reconnecting with some essentials in that bag …

morning walk: 10C/50F, cloudy and a steady north breeze – gusts even though I don’t have Gusta (I’ll pick her up at the kennel this afternoon), relaxing to be back on familiar territory where a different turn doesn’t risk my being lost – and the temperature/humidity change from the last week is a tad shocking to the system!
