Everyone has an answer – but I think our answers also change a lot as we move through life. What is scary for a toddler doesn’t scare anyone else, the teenager is afraid of things they grow through – and we dismiss it as ‘just stuff’ because we’ve all been through it. As time and life progress we find that signing a mortgage, saying vows, resigning, starting a business – each of these were once fear inducing. In retrospect these look like little things, test and trials, that led us to be prepared for more serious matters and deeper understanding.
