What to keep doing, what to stop, what to plan for, what to plan avoiding. Direction, planning – strategy, this December habit we indulge so we can launch next year with executable plans. At least rough outlines where we think we are going and how we expect to get there.
Do we need a map? Is moral compass enough, to know where we are, where we are headed?
Everywhere on earth – rich countries and poor sad ones too – ordinary people like you and me.

Maybe we pause mid-day or midway through whatever we are doing – we all pause when a year is coming to its close, when a new page is being turned.
