These three legs of the stool keep recurring in my life and my work – because it seems every time the gears are well-oiled and successful, ‘anything’ unfolds; these three ingredients are in harmony.
How can the other two carry the day if one of them is compromised?
Case in point, just the other day, a new client referral, a spectacular property and a rare opportunity collided – so what is wrong with that? In my business, many colleagues would advise to strike while the iron is hot, not let the opportunity get away, to take the client through the process.
If it was only that simple.
It never is.
It never was because nothing in life or any business is a reduction; no simple formula fits any two different situations, so we stick with a process – strategy, timing and clarity.
