I’ll never do all I want, never achieve all I’m capable of – this is true for many; but some of us won’t/can’t give up trying things we’ve never done to achieve what we are capable of but never had the courage to say aloudor shout from rooftops. There are old parables, many from religious sources, dealing with talents we are given and the differences we’ll find depending on whether we harness them or squander them.
Shift from being one type to another, one viewpoint to another – can happentwo ways: immediate/overnight, just change. Or, incrementally, a little bite a time like eating an elephant.
A little bit at a time is something that sticks, that stays, that builds into something lasting – probably takes a turn, morphs into something else – becomes the dream, realized eventually ...
