INSIDE OUT
Saturday Feb. 13, 2016
What should I say, who should I tell?
If I keep it to myself, won’t that be better?
What condition are you in?
Pull it up on your screen. Scroll down, scroll sideways – isn’t a matter of ‘what’s showing now’ but a new world in which everything is showing, everything is available – all the time, in real time, conflict within our minds – over anything – like watching a tennis match projected on the insider of our skull walls. Inside our heads; when what we should do tries to strangle the voice that states what we want to do, simply stop.
No need to fix it …
There is nothing wrong with us. Like self-repairing zipper – we go up and down a few times, then our original condition is restored.
Listen to this. And this.
Good as new.

morning walk: 5C/41F, overcast, light breeze, Saturday silence on every street – Gusta returned with mucky paws and I returned with some ‘nearly resolved’ issues sorted in my mind - more than exercise, a great reason to walk in the quiet, in the dark …
