NO FIFTH WAY

Sunday Feb. 19, 2017

Except for those who extend by combining vacation days – no shorter or longer for anyone, but everyone has their feelings. Too long, too short – these labels fit. Too alone. Too lonely. Those labels fit too. Had my share. Can these be solved?

Is there better magic in ‘going away’ or is hunkering down, staying home, mini stay-cationing?

What’s different, this weekend, or next?

Long weekends – they are all the same, some people start a day early, or end a day late. Or both but that isn’t my perspective. Long weekends are alone when you want to be, or not alone, without regard to whether you want it that way or not – so there are four possibilities. Which one describes you?

Alone, or not, happy about it, or not?

Pick one.

There is no fifth possibility …
