BE IT RESOLVED …
Sunday, January 2, 2022
Each day of our life is wasted – like third-world crops that spoil before they can get to market.
Making choices, choosing alternatives, an everyday occurrence – we make hundreds of them daily.
We ought to ask, are we making better ones?
How often should we ask, is this choice a stepping stone to better days or opportunities we squander every day?
Indeed, I’m certainly not the first to realize how much time we waste on idleness.
And how do we do that? I mean, how can we define or describe ‘the better choice’ in anything?
For example, is it better to return phone calls, reply to text or email messages immediately, or are we wiser to wait a while?
- Five minutes?
- Five hours?
- Five months?
- Never?
- Does prompt response produce better communications?
