We ski through, over and we learn whenever the world sends messages we can’t, we know we can.
We do, we must. Easily we could let down our guard, find ourselves way back, flattened and broken.
Anxiety lifts us off the mat when flat, gets us over our hurdles and sends us soaring, this driving force is volcanic – deep within. Label it resilience or persistence – it’s leverage.
Driven from neutral to high gear, from doldrums to high achievement, from middle of road to middle of the action, anxiety is leverage to use or lose. So use it …
