Not two things, or ten – just one of each, daily.
Can you do that?
Of course you can.
Now do the math; in a year, you’ll be doing 365 things better, have explored 365 new ideas, fixed 365 broken things, discarded 365 items not essential to your health and prosperity.
Start with one of each today.
Repeat tomorrow.
And the day after.
Easy-peasy.
Every day.
P.S.: this becomes easier to establish as a healthy habit – keep a log of what you do, a column for the date, four columns. It’s OK to miss a day sometimes, but never miss twice.
