EVERYBODY DOES IT

Saturday, July 2, 2022

There is a time in everyone’s life when they feel they get it, know what they need to know, know where to go and know how to get there.

We all feel that.

And then, we come to doubt it when an event occurs, or we have some epiphany moments that shake our expectations, assumptions, and beliefs.

We all feel that too.

There is a time when we feel our life has been worthwhile, and we are proud of what we’ve done and how we’ve done it. We appreciate the journey and the result; we gathered the ingredients of life and created a masterpiece.

We all feel that too.

Then comes the time when we cast it all in doubt – we examine our value and question the wisdom of our actions. We wish we had a time machine to allow us different choices and perceived better consequences – essentially playing Monday morning quarterback in our lives.

Everybody does that too.
