I GOT THIS JOB
Thursday July 23, 2015
What would it be like, if I didn’t have this problem?
How do we break these issues down, restructure, and then execute?
Sounds too Gestalt?
Easy to understand gutting a building, really renovating … but this is a life.
Mine.
Perhaps real change happens when our universe (cranky employer/spouse, or a diagnosis) imposes it. Otherwise, real change comes from within us.
Driven by emotion, excitement induces us, or something scares us – into change, taking actions – but does it last (ie: diets, saving plans, joining a gym)?
I’ve become convinced, tiny incremental changes are the root of permanent change. Any fix is just a fix unless real change happens. A good intention is good, great, wonderful – but that it isn’t change.
I admit having waited so long already …
Only renovation contractor on this job is me.

morning walk: 10C/51F, patchy clouds – and prediction of more thunderstorms, wind (hopefully not yesterday’s tornado watching – but it WAS magnificent to watch), longer walk this morning pleased Gusta as I limped along at a better pace …
