Putting something on a list doesn’t make something a priority, writing something on a calendar doesn’t get something done and writing something down doesn’t mean it happened …
Minds are tricky – they follow convenience of how we choose to remember events, how we choose to interpret what someone said, how we feel about what somebody did.
