PLAY FULL DAY
Tuesday June 21, 2016
Anything better than here? Now?
Past and future, cover and back of this day, as if it were a book. A day-book!
Will yours be comedic, dramatic – farcical, serious?
At day’s end, we’ll all have a story to tell. Mine? Scheduled – planned out in advance, meetings, touring properties, an interview, a lunch, a pile of work, a mountain of calls, a dog to walk, errands waiting …
Will there be plot intersections, or just intersections? Pain, pleasure, growth, denouement? Yes. No. Maybe. Every conversation we have holds within it opportunity to be a one-act play, memorable and meaningful – or simply taking up time and space. Today, our year’s longest, will be filled with conversations. Plays. And play. Beyond my plan, there will be surprises. Wonderful surprises. Can’t wait!
What kind of play are you writing today?
