See yourself – flesh, hair, clothes and a background. A smile. Or maybe not. I’m not there. Never was. Never could be. The REAL YOU/ME isn’t a surface feature, not reflected in wrinkles or noses.
Write down what describes you meaningfully – not your list from five years ago, not your plan five years hence. Right now. None of those values show up in any mirror. Ever.
Our life is interesting. Nothing about that shows up in mirrored reflection – because we live inside our bodies, not outside them. What matters shows up, when we need it.

morning walk: 10C/50F, some light cloud – sun/heat predicted – oh boy! … a great walk and a return the early morning squeals of excitement little kids make (Carla, Isla and Alex are here .. and we’re off soon for a Zoo day ..)
