Are we lunging forward to get on too, or happy to just watch that frenzy from afar while we slowly go about our own business? It seems to me our choices matter a lot, and have way too much to do with our current schedule/workload and physical readiness than they do with wisdom, thought and careful calculation.
In other words, before we get on a treadmill, are we ready (rested/mentally prepared) to be on one – and are we thinking about ‘which treadmill’ as well as whether or not we want to be on a treadmill at all?
