The dirt, grunge and gray remnants of winter and spring-thaw-things suddenly covered completely with white, as if everything foul or ugly looking was erased. Of course we know it is all there just beneath the surface waiting to be explored another day. Much like people under cover of clothes and smiling faces – we keep so much of ourselves and our lives from view. We know it is there but we prefer to keep it under cover, under wraps.
