Fear of falling, fear of being cold, hunger urges – and toileting needs, we have them from birth to the bitter end of life. However, most of us are not frightened of starvation, freezing to death as much as we have a fear of missing out (FOMO), fear of being left out, fear of being forgotten.

Are we afraid of being irrelevant, or is the greater fear that we will be relevant and nobody notices?
