Can dilution of attention improve our results?
How many things have we started recently? How many completed? Jettisoned?
We know we need sleep, play and eat time – soak-in-tub time too. We leave this state of rational – regularly adding things we want to do, expecting ‘continuous improvement’, while road-blocking results we desire.
That’s common, but not rational. Ditch something. Ditch it now. Repeat daily, until life feels rational again.
