Rest-stop, restlessness, restrengthening, and restaurant – all include rest, as do countless others.
The one I like more than any other manifestations of rest is underestimated.
How clever to hide rest inside underestimated!
The rest needed, the rest I get – consistently underestimated and under-achieved. I’m getting better at getting more sleep. But more time in bed does not mean more rest or better rest. Don’t underestimate your rest needs.
