MAGIC WAND

Mapping out any thought is like mapping out a very long journey – difference being that a thought doesn’t have its destination predetermined.
Thoughts bounce around like super-heated ping-pong balls in our brains synapses shooting fast, randomly (if random is real?) taking our feelings along for company, taking our memories and baggage along for ballast, for holding us back. Revealing much, concealing much – depending on whether you believe in will power. Or won’t power.
But …
If you wave a magic wand.
If you could wave that wand, what would you do, what would you change, what (if you could) would you undo?
Every choice you’ve ever made got you to where you sit today. Only choices get you to tomorrow. Only choices determine your future.

morning walk: 2C/35F, clear and chilly, dew-drenched Gusta enjoyed a longer walk today – my right foot/ankle seems about the same, a little weary from driving yesterday (to Fort Saskatchewan and back for my granddaughter Isla’s 3rd birthday party!)
