MAKING MORE TIME

Making change, a great theoretical exercise – well, it’s exhausting just thinking about it.
Too often I’ve tried to implement REAL CHANGE.
Too often, settling for DIFFERENT WAYS to rearrange work, play and grande ambitions.
Every time I take a ‘pause-day’ I come through it refreshed, energized, ready for change – from refining my focus, examining commitments and self-coaching myself to keep what matters most, discard those things which do not contribute to my picture of happy …
Easier, much easier, said than done.
Don’t get me wrong. It IS hard work. I’m completely convinced it is worthy work , time well invested.
Beyond finding simpler labour-saving ways to generate more time for me, it generates more time for things that MATTER TO ME, ones I don’t seem to devote time for …
AND more time for me.
