Thinking about something isn’t much of anything.

Thinking is a baby-step, not a solution.

Thinking is simply that, just thinking – until thinking leads to decisions and IF those decisions lead to actions, to choice-making, and follow through. Otherwise, they are just baby-steps …

I’ve been questioning some of my own steps lately – some are recent choices, others were made many years or decades ago – which got me here.

I am here, but I want to be ~~~ way over there, in a different place. I don’t mean geographically (or maybe I do) but rather some different place in regard to attitude and altitude, direction and momentum.

There is some old cliché about doing things the same-old way producing the same-old results. So, if I want different results I better change some things.

Think, act, change …

Reader feedback:
NOTHING NEW REVEALED
Hi Mark, I love the Von Goethe quote supplementing your Monday minute. Years ago I jotted a note from the book Meditations from the Mat by Rolf Gates. It said, In our culture results get all of the attention and the process is overlooked. The process is where the magic happens? I also have a note from Herclitus: Yearning hurts and what release may come of it feels much like death. When we reach a goal there can be grief that the process is over? But! We walk away with an improved self. :)  Happy Monday!, GB, Waukesha, WI

HEAR WHAT YOU SEE, FEEL WHAT YOU SMELL
Very interesting musing, Mark...I love that phrase too, SF, Lethbridge, AB
