Morning comes when sleep delivers us to this east side entrance called dawn – to greet our new day, to unpack and put our goods on display. Who we are, what we are selling, what we are offering can be the same thing we were selling yesterday. But before we open that door to pull in the morning paper, before we put yesterday’s menu of goods and services on display – shouldn’t we question whether that is what we want to do today? Or tomorrow?
So easy to go through familiar motions.
But that is a choice, always.
One we can make. One we can re-make because we have a mind capable of change and dreams we are capable of realizing. It starts with a choice. And before that choice, just before it, comes a good sleep.
