EVERYTHING THAT ENDS BEGINS SOMETHING ELSE

And now, the end is near …
What does that mean? End of life, end of a project, or is that a line Paul Anka wrote for Frank?
He did it his way. So did every notorious hero/villain. Pick your movie, your country, your story-line. Pick your political hero or pariah. Pick yourself up and ask yourself: did I do it my way?
And while we are at it, what is ‘my way’? A good question for all of us. To question each other, to question ourselves – to answer our critics, or just the idly curious: what am I doing, what have I done, and why did I do it?
Busy people perceive they don’t have time for, perceive they won’t benefit much, from reflection but we know – down deep – that we do. It’s a self-medicating self-help cures-all program. Just put all your troubles in your head, put yourself in a quiet place, a pleasant place, and let thoughts roll through and around. Feel it. Own it. Taste it. Chew it up and spit it out. Take another bite of life, you aren’t done. Not nearly, there is so much ahead – don’t turn out the lights, turn up the heat.
