THIS IS IT
Moments of knowing something, realizing something for the first time, and saying it out loud – is so very rare

“Ah+ha! This is it, this is the breakthrough thought I need”.

Moments of knowing, moments of thinking something, realizing something, and saying, “Ah+ha, this is it, this is the breakthrough thought I need”, is rare.

More rare are those moments of realization, is the moment of being prepared to say it, to stand up and shout it into the dark, from a rooftop, or from some megaphone:

“This IS it. I’ve found it, I have magic in my hands.”

More likely, we doubt it, second-guess it, dismiss it, or let it wither like a plant that could flourish if watered it and gave it sunshine.

So why don’t we water ourselves, nourish ourselves, and kick ourselves confidently in the butt?

Because we doubt it ourselves and fear that anyone else hearing it will not only doubt it too, they won’t think much of us for saying it – in fact, we fear people will like us less, respect us less, and want to be near us less simply because we said: THIS IS IT. I’ve found it, I have magic in my hands.

This is FUD revisited again, again, and again. Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt.
