GRATITUDE ATTITUDE
Monday Oct. 3, 2016
You’ll like yourself more if you change how you start your day.
Bold statement?
Yes, but I feel I have proof …
Every day, choice arrives before we get out of bed – we wake without thoughts or attitudes coursing through our being.
Stretching out yawns, my back and my Achilles as I roll from side to side – that’s an old habit worth keeping, but I have a new one that isn’t yet automatic. I’m working on it. It is the ‘habit’ of waking to a thought of gratitude – of thinking a few moments about what I’m happy and grateful for. The trick, whatever clouds loom over our day – starting with some appreciative thoughts of works is a very healthy start.
Try it, you’ll like it.
You’ll like who you are when you change how you start.

In our age group, more often, we ponder this very concept…I too am asking. Thanks for sharing these insights, SF, Lethbridge, AB
