NIGHT AND DAY BOILS DOWN
Thursday Sept. 17, 2015
Snatched breathing space – betwixt rising … racing sunrise, chasing sundown over coffee, palaver or in quietude. Midst of bathroom scales, purgation, shaves and showers, those moments – thought flies in … missile fired from compound bow, arrow hits target – knocks over, knocks senseless, knocks sense into us. Or knocks faulty thinking out.
Speaking.
Incomplete thoughts …
Or, in complete thoughts?
Einstein once observed:
“If we believe the world is a better place, then it is. If we believe it isn’t, then it isn’t.”
Watching, questioning others – feast, entertainment-zoo, often enlightening – while watching ourselves lacks perspective and objectivity. Good thing. Lest we be viewed, judged, appreciated (or not) for apparent appearances, rather than transparent realities.
All boils down, to this pondering artificiality (or not) of two questions:
Is man kind?
Is woman?
Questioning?
From a better place …
