Remember childhood games we played?

Truth or consequences?

Me too.

Grown-up version, consequences connected with everything whether or not truth telling is ever fully achieved. Grown-up version – way beyond revealing who you have a crush on or who you were holding hands with yesterday. Grown-up version, about telling truth to ourselves and revealing truth to others. Grown-up version deals with so many consequences in everything – obvious ones we see, many more we are too busy to notice or think through because we are all busy seekers of instant gratification and lives are riddled with urgency, adrenalin and anticipation of whatever comes next.

Do anything, there is a consequence.

Avoid doing anything, there is a consequence.

And there was that other childhood game we played – truth or dare; is there a grown-up adult version?
