Changing bents, fixing predicaments du jour – never-ending corkscrew pulling down, never seems to rise again with sufficient buoyancy, but it can.
It requires seemingly inconsequential bits of this and that. Simply put, slight increments daily, walking further or faster, journaling longer, reading one page more – something inspirational, declaring our ached for truths. A few minutes every morning to change habits, tiny focus shifting, to buoy ourselves.
Oh buoy.
p.s.: first day of fall in the northern hemisphere (first day of spring in the southern hemisphere) – our challenge, to make our lives better every day, every season, without rhyme or reason. Oh buoy!
