My experience has been, those things which are my best accomplishments, didn’t start as grand adventures – they just started as something that seemed interesting or seemed like a good idea.
Many ideas turned out to be not so interesting, and some turn out to be not such great ideas. But some stick. Some last. Some turned out in ways we never imagined they could.
The half-baked thought is ~ well, let’s face it, half-thought through.
Imagine a Monday morning like this one five years from now, or fifty …
Where will you go, what will you do, how will you participate in life, family, society and the world?
We could take the view, whatever happens to us, to our world, will just happen – that we shouldn’t trouble ourselves to worry about it because others will, and/or, that nobody can control the future. Or, we could take the view that whatever happens to the world will be better because of something we do. This new idea day could be today. This could be the week to start something nobody dreamed of but you.
Why not start – we have nothing to lose and everything to gain?
