Yes, my fingers are crossed, and I’m a careful person, but I also vow to speak up and speak out and to get more vocal, local. My strategy is to let our elected representatives know what I want to happen, what I support and what I don’t. I’m hesitantly hopeful that systems are in place and there are enough people who are sane and working for good that we will get through this scary, crazy time without too much damage to our country and our world.
