IS EVERYONE READY?
Sunday Dec. 30, 2018
Ending this calendar year, work year, page-turning time.
Start another.
We reflect on what happened over 365 days, plot/plan, set off on our ‘somewhat repetitious path’.
Mostly we continue without changing doing the same jobs, running the same business, hanging out with the same people without changing anything much – yet we expect different results, better results.
Our world is changing – always changing faster than we are, yet we want to get ahead. Terms we use, actions we take, don’t often match our stated quest.
If I’m describing you, relax … you have plenty of company.
But DO NOT RELAX, please. If you want to be telling a different story a year from now, that requires action starting right now, there is time to start …
Just take any blank page, or clean slate, use an empty table. Bring an open mind, some big ideas, take bold actions = different results.
Go boldy into this new year; leap forward as if your life depends on it.
Because it always does …

COHORT GROWTH
Really enjoyed this musing Mark...lots of accurate clarity about the capacity for caring relationships...‘giving and receiving’ and the difference about being needy. We all get needy sometimes, but hopefully are still capable of evaluating what can create a balance. For example, “ Can I take you for lunch, I need your insights?” Just an example someone did with me last month. Worked well for both of us, SF, Lethbridge …Merry Christmas, by the way!
