Or simply judge someone or some group by actions we don’t understand (or like, or agree with) and see them only through that lens of judgement?

You are very right, Mark. There is no Try in being well now. It really is "do or die" isn't it? Anyone who has had their own health scare understands this and realizes that somehow the motivation to change lifestyle becomes magically easier. Thanks for writing this article.
