What role do we play – by our own conscious or auto-react efforts?
What role does chance play?
Incalculable? For experts, probably. For ordinary folks like us, we can only guess. But it gets you thinking, does it not? Are we wandering around in our life ‘on accident’ or ‘on purpose’?
We don’t have to be deliberate, truly focused on something purposeful in a demonstrative way about everything.
How about ‘for anything’?
Start with one a week. Work your way up to one-a-day.
It’s Monday. Start with one. Just one – most important thing in your life/work today. Just one thing; think about nothing else, focus on nothing else. When that is done, move along to its next, pick another. Do it. Pick another. Do that one too.
Start with one. There you go.
