OPEN FOR BUSINESS, OR NOT

Tuesday July 19, 2016

Empty your tank, time to fill up. Empty your fridge, time to shop. But, when you empty your head, you let the world roll in …

The world is knocking at your door – every day. Are you letting the world in, or keeping yourself locked inside? Open, closed, what’s the difference? Empty, full, what’s the difference?

Are you open for business, or not?

If not, why not now?

written / published from Calgary, AB

morning walk with Gusta:  17C/62F (fabulous at 4:30AM!), warm and still, flags limp on their poles – we were out before the birds, or maybe we woke them – spectacular empty sky as dawn lifts the horizon …

Reader feedback:

DECLUTTER THAT

How did you know I spent the weekend "decluttering" my office and the spillover into my living room! Funny! But it sure does feel good to haul out 9 bags of shredded history and memories, both good and bad! Decluttering the mind, well that's not quite as easy but vacation helps to rearrange priorities! Thanks for your musings, Mark!, MM, Phoenix, AZ
