MOTHER’S DAY

Sunday May 13, 2018

When we push something out into the world, is it safe?

Or should we keep it to ourselves?

Nature gives great examples. If plant didn’t push roots and seeds out into the world, we wouldn’t have greenery – or clean air or trees to climb. If mothers of every species didn’t push their eggs or babies out into the world, we would all perish.

So, what happens when you push a new idea (or person) out into the world?

At first, it’s frail and vulnerable, but if we protect it, nurture it, feed it, encourage it – it can grow and strengthen. And grow some more – be strong and tall. Just like us, and whether our baby is a baby or ‘project’, we need to give them all of that and more if we want a successful result.
