In jobs, organizations/families/community – we are all accountable to someone, for someone – and accountable for ourselves, to ourselves. Person in our mirror runs the front counter of our self-esteem department.
Self-convinced of our sincerity, we have a shot. In not, we’ve scant hope convincing others on a sustainable basis. That doesn’t matter much. If aren’t accountable for ourselves and to ourselves – why are we here?
Keep it coming - Hi Mark. As always I continue to enjoy your musings, some of them hitting close to the mark when it comes to my own randomized thoughts. These days I am pretty much fully retired having relinquished the title of EVP and now simply Senior Advisor. Pretty good gig really, in Mexico November to April, Calgary for a few weeks here and there and the rest of the time on Vancouver Island. Have a great day my friend, DM, Ladysmith, BC
